Summary - This book looks at the different tracks left behind by animals in Minnesota's north woods. Even though animals may be the same, such as a wolf or a coyote, they don't leave the same track behind. Wonderful illustrations help the reader get an idea of the different animals and guide the reader easily through the pages. The relationship between humans and animals is a delicate balance. The fur trade is evidence of this as the traders almost decimated the beaver population in Canada. We must understand the balance and not tip the scales too far to either side for our co-existence to work.
