This childrens literature book is about immigration to the United States.  It is an informative book that uses terms and explanations that elementary age students can easily understand.  The book is layed out in the format of asking questions about immigration and then giving a one to two page response to the question.  In this book, there are also illustrations for students to have a visual to go along with the responses to the questions.  I would suggest using this childrens literature book when creating a lesson or unit on immigration for fourth grade.
